Cowell Jade Motel is loacted on a large 27 acre property fronting both Frankin Harbour and the Lincoln highway. Ideal facilities for swimming on the foreshore, or boating, and water skiing in the harbour.

The motel owners have their own factory producing local jade, including shades of green, and the rare black variety. Artefacts and jewellery made from the jade are on display and available for purchase in the motel reception area..
